Aggregate Production Line for Hard and Highly Abrasive Materials Such as Granite
This process mainly adopts the lamination crushing principle of cone crushers. After two-stage cone crushing, the finished coarse aggregate from the aggregate shaping and sand making plant features an optimized grain shape, laying a solid foundation for high-quality manufactured sand production.
1. Jaw Crusher
As the primary crusher in the manufactured sand production line, this robust crusher handles large-sized materials with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa, reducing them to 100 mm–300 mm for subsequent aggregate shaping and sand making processes.
2. Impact Crusher
This versatile crusher processes ores or rocks under 500 mm with compressive strength up to 350 MPa, delivering cubic particles ideal for aggregate shaping. It acts as the secondary crusher in the aggregate shaping and sand making plant, and can also function as the primary crusher for smaller feedstock in the manufactured sand production line.
3. Cone Crusher
Operating on lamination crushing to form a material bed protection layer, this high-efficiency crusher ensures reliable performance and economical operation for the aggregate shaping and sand making plant. Serving as a key secondary crusher in the manufactured sand production line, it suits smaller feed sizes than the impact crusher while boosting aggregate shaping quality.
4. Sand Making Equipment
As the core sand making equipment for soft, medium-hard and ultra-hard materials, this unit serves as the final stage of the manufactured sand production line, with a 30–60 mm feed size to refine aggregate shaping and produce premium manufactured sand efficiently.
VSI Crusher
Complementing the core crusher and sand making equipment, auxiliary machinery including vibrating screens, feeders and conveyors is essential to the stable operation of the aggregate shaping and sand making plant and manufactured sand production line.
Production Line Configuration
Bulk hard rock is uniformly fed from the bunker via a vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher, the primary crusher initiating the manufactured sand production line process.
Crushed coarse material is screened and conveyed by belt conveyor to the cone crusher for secondary medium-fine crushing, a critical step for aggregate shaping in the sand making plant.
